ESTABLISHMENT
The firm was established in 2023 by Mr. Avhapfani Mathada, who is also the Director of Mart Attorneys Inc. Driven by a deep commitment to social justice, Mr Mathada founded the firm upon recognising the significant barriers that disadvantaged communities face in accessing legal services. The firm was founded to bridge these gaps and to promote equal access to justice for all, regardless of socio-economic or historical background. What began as a one-person practice has since grown into a dynamic and inclusive legal entity.
